Each week after dinner those who would like to can participate in the birkat hamazon (a prayer offering thanks for the food) and/or a spirited sing along of Z'mirot (Sabbath evening songs). This week is also Stress Reduction Shabbat! We will be giving away free stress balls and chocolate to everyone and we will be talking about stress reduction techniques.
